Trip Overview

Lobuche Peak Climbing is among three most iconic and popular trekking peaks of Khumbu region of Nepal. Most of the peak climbers prefer the Everest region for the splendid mountaineering sessions. Lobuche Peak has two different summits in which East Peak (6119 m) is an ideal trekking peak for the peak climbing. This is also taken as the acclimatization peak climbing before Everest expedition. The peak is at the crossroad of Everest Base Camp Trekking and Gokyo Chola Pass Trekking. Get the amazing mini mountaineering feeling while you step on the top of snowcapped mountain which is neighbor to the world’s tallest mountain Mt. Everest.

The trip of Lobuche Peak Climbing in Nepal starts from Lukla following the Everest Base Camp Trek route. Normally climbers follow the same route towards Everest Base Camp and return back to Lobuche Base Camp for the climbing activity. While doing so climbers will be blessed to get the glimpse of Mt. Everest as well as leave their footprints on its base camp. The climbing of Lobuche will be made very nice and easy by the experienced Sherpa guides of Adventure Trek in Nepal. You will be surprised to see the panoramic view of mountains from the top of Lobuche. The East and West summit of Lobuche Peak make it an interesting mountain peak. It is not as beautiful as Mt. Amadablam but the two ridges and extreme trail towards top make it one of the most challenging and stunning mountaineering destinations of the world. Most of the climbers who climbs Lobuche also try the Island Peak Climbing on the outskirts of Chhukung Ri and adjacent to Lhotse Shar (8393 m).
