We always respect our clients’ situation. Therefore, all our travel services are customer oriented. You can confirm your booking after sending the 20 % advance deposit. In some circumstances, you can just confirm without advance payment. You can pay the travel amount once you have reached Kathmandu. For the cancellation, we accept in case of force majeure. We have the policy to forward the amount of advance payment for the next trip.
We believe in giving back something to society as well. About 10 % of our annual income will be spent on social works as well as the quality of life improvement among trekking porters and guides. If our travelers wish to donate or help the Nepalese rural community then we can arrange for such a novice act as well.
All our trekking guides, travel planners, porters, travel planners, correspondent clerks, logistics officers, and management team have experience of over 10 years. Some are young yet qualified by Nepal Government and have at least a decade of experience.
